September brings more 2012-inspired events, as Winchester marks the launch of the Cultural Olympiad. Open Up & Lighten Up Winchester is another opportunity to share the spirit of 2012 with family and friends. It brings two weeks of special openings, extended shopping hours, socializing and entertainment to make the most of late summer 08. So come to Winchester, get out on the streets and join in!
