Welcome to Winchester training course

Winchester Tourism has teamed up with Tourism South East, the regional tourism body, to organise a FREE customer care training course, specifically tailored to the needs of taxi drivers based in the Winchester district. The course will take place on Monday 14 April from 9.30am to 4.30pm at the West Wing, Winchester Guildhall (adjacent to the Broadway taxi rank - door next to the tourist information centre).

The Welcome Host training course, which proved extremely popular with taxi drivers in Southampton and Portsmouth, will provide a number of benefits to your business:

• improved customer service, especially for customers with disabilities and special needs
