Lads and Dads in the City Museum (lasses welcome too!)

To celebrate the lead up to Fathers' Day, Winchester Museums has put together a special free Fathers' Day quiz to keep dads on their toes and keep their brain cells ticking over.

So, why not bring your Dad or even your Grandad along to the City Museum between Saturday 7th June and the big day on Sunday 15th June? Help him find all the answers scattered around the museum and you can win your Dad a small prize. Lads and lasses who help their dads complete the quiz can also expect a small reward.

Sher Kent, Museum Services Manager for Winchester City Council Museums, said:

"The City Museum has a reputation for being a family friendly place to visit, and we thought it was about time we did something especially for the dads, many of whom regularly bring their children along to find out more about Winchester's fascinating history in a fun, hands-on way."

Admission to the City Museum is free, and the museum is open 10-5, Monday-Saturday, and 12-5 on Sundays.
