Autumn Steam Gala

Visit the Watercress Line for this three day ‘steam’ packed Autumn spectacular.

Following the successful Spring Gala, the team bring to life once again the mix of engines that would once have pulled the variety of trains seen on the railways.

The Autumn Steam Gala event is a chance to enjoy unlimited rides behind a range of visiting locomotives as well as the home-fleet locomotives, running on an enhanced timetable.

Explore all of the heritage stations along the 10-mile line, get up close to some of the locomotives, experience Brake Van rides, find out more about the  restoration projects and enjoy talks and various exhibits.

Parking
Free parking is available in the field at Ropley station. Alresford and Alton stations offer pay and display car parks.
